Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KeyPages.ai website, dashboard, and page integrity monitoring service (collectively, the "Service"), operated by KeyPages.ai ("KeyPages", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

You may only monitor URLs that you own or have authorization to monitor. You agree not to use the Service to crawl, scrape, or place unreasonable load on properties you do not control.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights; or (d) misuse alert integrations to send unsolicited messages.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or activity that, in our judgment, poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice for the next billing cycle.

Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

As between you and KeyPages, you retain all rights to the data you submit, configure, or generate through the Service ("Customer Data"), including the URLs you choose to monitor and the content captured from them.

You grant KeyPages a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, Slack, PagerDuty, and webhook destinations). Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, and KeyPages is not responsible for them.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by KeyPages and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Feedback you provide about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyPages disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

KeyPages does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or detect every issue with a monitored page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyPages will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to KeyPages in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyPages and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel paid plans from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that poses risk to us or others.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections intended to survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or by posting a notice in the Service). Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
