Monitoring data: page content, metadata, headers, and rendering signals captured from the URLs you ask us to monitor on your behalf.

Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed in our dashboard, and similar diagnostics.

Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, email, or support channels.

Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including page checks, alerting, and historical reporting.

Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and meet legal and contractual obligations.

Communicate with you about product updates, incidents, billing, and support requests.

Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics to understand and improve product usage.

Service providers: cloud infrastructure, monitoring, analytics, payment processing, and customer support vendors that operate on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Integrations: when you connect a third-party service (such as Slack or PagerDuty), we send the information necessary to deliver alerts to that integration.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service.

Monitoring history is retained according to your plan's retention window. You can delete monitored pages and associated history at any time from your dashboard.

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our practices.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
