What counts as a protected page?
One public URL that KeyPages checks in a real browser every 15 minutes: a product page, a checkout entry, a pricing page, a lead-form page, an article. Each URL uses one slot. Pages can belong to any client; the count is across your whole account.
What happens when I reach my page limit?
Adding another page is blocked and you are offered the next plan. Nothing already protected is paused or removed. Remove a page you no longer need, or upgrade, and the slot is available straight away.
Does KeyPages log in, fill in forms or place orders?
No. It only looks at what a signed-out visitor sees on the public page. A form is checked for being present and usable, not submitted. A checkout entry is checked for being reachable, not completed. Nothing behind a login is ever seen.
What does Could not verify mean?
KeyPages could not get a trustworthy look at the page on that run, usually because a bot challenge or firewall blocked the browser. It is not a failure and is never reported as one. The page keeps its last confirmed state until a later check gets through, and it does not use extra page slots.
Is anything installed on my clients' sites?
No. Checks run from outside in a real browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing for a client to approve, beyond allowing the check through any firewall.
How does the trial work, and how do I cancel?
A verified account gets one 7-day trial of up to 5 protected pages with no card required. When it ends, checks pause until you choose a plan; your pages and evidence are kept. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled from your billing page at any time.
